The minimum lease term is 24 months. After this period, the rental agreement can be terminated with three.

The deposit amounts to three net cold rents (the net cold rent plus ancillary costs is stated in the rental agreement). There are no processing or agency fees.

A graduated rent applies: the rent increases by approx. 2% after the first and second year. Thereafter, an index-linked rent is used, based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the German Federal Statistical Office.

The apartments are completed and ready for immediate occupancy.

A total of 20 underground parking spaces are available for rent at €165 per month.
Bicycle parking spaces are provided both in the basement and in outdoor areas.

The keeping of pets is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and requires the owner’s approval as well as an individual pet agreement.

There are no tenant cellars in the property.
